If you purchase a product through our payment platform partners (such as Payhip, Stripe, or PayPal), we may receive limited order information such as: Your email address (for product delivery), Order ID and purchase details, and Transaction date.

We do not process payments ourselves or have access to your payment card details. All payment processing and sensitive financial information is handled securely by our payment partners in accordance with their privacy policies and industry standards (PCI-DSS compliance).

Because digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase, refunds are generally restricted. However, we may approve refunds in cases of: Technical issues preventing download or access, Duplicate purchases made in error, or Product significantly different from description.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason.

Our free web tools are provided as-is with no refunds applicable. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any free tool at any time.
